Applegate Farms Turkey Hot Dogs Legal?

Hi all! I remember reading a post recently that Applegate FArms beef

hot dogs may not be legal. Does anyone know if their turkey dogs are

legal? My younger son just loves them, but of course I don't want to

continue giving it to him if they are not SCD legal. Thanks,

Here are the ingredients for the turkey hot dogs:

Ingredients Turkey, water, salt, spices, paprika, fresh garlic and

onions.

We have been using them, and we have not had any problems.

Unless you know what " spices " they are, you should consider them technically

illegal. You'd be surprized what manufacturers can get away with under that

category...... and all they have to say is " spices " . Of course, you have to go

by how your child is doing overall.
