Guest guest
Since you are very early in teh diet, I'll assume that your daughter is eating " stage 1 " type foods. I just sent my son with stuff he could eat from that list, even though it was a bit unusual compared to other kids lunches - cold broiled hamburger chicken gelatin (I found it keeps for at least 4 hours) squash fries/chips mashed squash if she'll eat it (Adam won't) cooked carrots or green beans other cold meat (already cut up, since Adam can't cut) sneaky pancakes or chicken pancakes (I would put a drop of honey on and then stick two together with it, like a sandwich) Even now I send 3 of the following: cold meat (cut up) usually with ketchup on it at least one veggie sometimes 2 veggies and no fruit (already cooked) - usually carrots or green beans, sometimes spaghetti squash with sauce a fruit (applesauce, boiled pears, baked apple, a banana, gelatin) Sometimes a cookie or pancake or waffle Occasionally I send peanut butter sandwich using sneaky pancakes or nut flour pancakes as bread Also, sliced banana with peanut butter like tiny sandwiches I am lucky that Adam eats meat and veggies cold. Be sure to send fork/spoon. -- Sue, mom to Adam (6, ASD) and (8, n/t, gut issues) SCD 3 months > Hi > My daughter has successfully been on this diet for one week, already we are already seeing behavior improvements!
