Guest guest
I'm making the goat yogurt for the first time and I'm not sure I have the right thing. I have a bottle from Custom Probiotics that is " L. Acidophilus " but it doesn't say starter anywhere. Is this their starter? Or just a probiotic? I also have some " starter " a friend gave me seperately. Do I add both? My yogurt is cooled down to 125 degrees so I'm running out of time! Thanks, Sondra steviesarasmom@... Is this > their starter? Or just a probiotic? The bottle that says, " L. Acidophilus " is a probiotic. The Custom Probiotics yogurt starter says, " Yogurt Starter Culture " and it lists all three of the bacteria strains. Guest guest
Sondra, I've only made yogurt a few times, but I know the CP starter is different than the L. Acidophilus powder. What starter do you have? Gia > I'm making the goat yogurt for the first time and I'm not sure I > have the right thing. I have a bottle from Custom Probiotics that > is " L. Guest guest
Thank you for the quick replies!!! I think I saved it. I added the starter I had which I believe was also Custom Probiotics at 110 degrees and didn't do anything with the Acidophilius powder. I guess I'll need to order the official starter. Thanks again. I really appreciate it! Sondra > I'm making the goat yogurt for the first time and I'm not sure I > have the right thing. I have a bottle from Custom Probiotics that > is " L.
