Hi ,

It would be tedious, but you could make the meringue recipe and cook

it in little tiny lumps. It could get glued together with honey ...

and then he could eat it!

There is a recipe for marshmallows on Pecanbread.com.

You could use cauliflower pieces to replace the popcorn.

Raisins for eyes/buttons, toothpicks for arms.
