Chrissy, Hi. I take the synthroid and the generic form of

glucophage. Most of the time I have no apetite at all but, I am

severely depressed at the moment and eat whether I am hungry or not.

Hello Robin, I hope your depression gets better, have you seen

someone about it?? I have depression now and then and refuse to

talk to the Dr. about it, they will want to just shove another pill

on me. My goal for this year is to get off of some on my meds, met

one goal already, have gotten off of my blood pressure meds. Next is

my cholesterol meds I hope. Anyway, I'm here if you ever need to

just talk...........

Hello Jenni, I am diabetic so was prescribed Glucophage for my

diabetes and my Dr. told me it suppresses the appetite and I have

noticed it does suppress mine alot, thank god.

Ohhhhhhhhhh Phew! I didn't catch the part that you were diabetic. I know alot of people, myself included, do much self medicating but some things make me nervous that's why I asked LOL Sorry about that.

I swear by Glucophage, I take the generic--Metformin. It helps

control my appetite soooooooooo much, it helps so much with the

cravings. So between that and the Dr. Phil Weight Solution books I

ordered I am hopeing to lose some weight. lol
