Guest guest
Karyn, Don't wait...... start now! The general recommendation for ASD kids is to wait a couple of months before introducing yogurt anyway. Patti, mom to Katera, SCD 9 whole months today. Re: Re: dye off effects Well, I'm excited!!!!! We haven't been able to start the diet yet, waiting on my youghurt maker, should be here next week. If you're getting that type of die off, I can't wait to see what my kid puts out!!!! At least I know she'll eat on this diet, she didn't eat for 4 days when we went gf/cf, I thought we were going to be in trouble but she perked up one am and decided to eat!!!! Since then tho she's been geeding the gut bugs, so our die off will hopefully be a whopper!!!! Karyn
Guest guest
Got some already!!!!!! I've also stocked up on plenty of " comfort " things, favorite videos, toys, etc. managed to schedule therapies at conveinent times etc. We went through alot of this before so I'm pretty sure we can handle it. It may be alot worse tho, considering for months she has been doing nothing but feeding the yeast buggies!!!!! Karyn Re: dye off effects >>so our die off will hopefully be a whopper!!!! ..although you may want to think about making it as comfortable as possoble for your daughter: keep activated charcoal around. Guest guest
Then this will mean that she will eat only one thing off the intro diet!!!!! If I had yoghurt it would at least be 2 things!!!!! I have to plan better, as I've not stocked up on the necessary legal foods for her to have around. Forgot to mention that I'm going to attempt this one with her. I tried gf/cf for a week and coudn't take it, but SCD seems to have more normal tasting foods on it - I hope!!!! It would be pretty difficult as well right now, we both seem to have caught the flu and are pretty run down!!! Karyn Re: Re: dye off effects Well, I'm excited!!!!!
