Hi Peggy You might writing a letter to your pharmacy in Florida. There should be records in their computer system about all of your medications, especially the Duragesic patch, or any other narcotics. They might also be able to tell you if your former doctor is still practicing, if his DEA number is still active. I'm sorry that you are in so much pain.
