Have you had your iron tested yet, ? It's not good to take more that what you need....

Wasn't someone saying the having low Bs was a contributing factor to restless leg?

How are the allergies doing? They got pretty bad for you last week didn't they?

Amazing how we are all so different... I add this now only to show that

everyone has to tweak and experiment to find out what their body needs.

Keep in mind that I have NO thyroid function, mine was killed off by

RAI....

My insomnia started about a year after the RAI, it was bad.. it would

take up to 2 hours to go to sleep after I laid down. If I slept less than

2 hours I had severe headaches. If there was any noise it woke me and

then I had to wait to fall back to sleep.

I did ALL the insomnia things.. NEVER nap during the day, no matter how

tired you are, to increase you success of sleeping through the night.

Don't eat right before bed. Keep the bedroom cool and dark. Keep the

bedroom ONLY for sleeping. Keep the bedding fluffy and fresh and comfy..

NONE of that worked.. what finally did the trick, after some dozen

years... was to take some of my thyroid as I crawl into bed. I dose 5

times a day.. the first dose as I wake the last as I crawl into bed, the

others spread evenly through the day....

The very first night I took a dose at bed time, I slept through the night

and woke feeling more rested that I had in years AND my pain was gone..

years and years of waking feeling like I'd been hit by a truck, and it

was gone!!!

I also started dreaming, again for the first time in over a decade.. I

could dream! Not flashback nightmares, not the voids that I'd been

experiencing, but lovely, wonderful 'put a smile on your face' dreams.

It's been over a year now.. but I still am in awe of waking and finding

out that it's morning and time to get up, that the night is behind me and

I'm not just waking 20 minutes after falling asleep and going to be

laying here for hours AGAIN exhausted and hurting and so very very tired.

Oh lordy dem allergies is in full swing LOL, but ya know, okay so I,m weird but, it,s kinda okay cause at least my allergies ares omething normal that every body has to deal with , My head was so stuffy this morning.. but , now that I,m up and moving around I,m just drippy lizzy GRIN!!! got my hanky in mt pocket and I,m good to go for the day,

I will arrange to have my iron tested it, s been awhile,, but,, my guess is uppppers it,s my Iron,, but, I,m not going to add nay thing else to my vitamin regime right now,

although I do love liver n onions so grin I can add that to my diet twice a week,

Bill also mentioned that MY leg problem could have been due to my walking to church and back yesterday to, coupled with the heat,

but other than that and the carpul tunnel and the allergies I,m feeling good, am learning that I have to truly pace myself,,

I take my thyroid and adrenals in the mornings before getting up and moving about, I too discovered being unable to sleep if I took them at night,

I have been taking the melatonin every other night and it is working now and I,m not a groggy mess, I apply one application of pro-gest when I get up and one before bedtime,

I think with all of us it,s trial and error , finding out what works and what dont for us,

Hi,For me, I take my Calcium & Magnesium & Zinc supplement and Melatonin right before hitting the sack. I also have found that taking my essential oil capsules and flax seed oil capsules at bedtime have quieted down my night "twitches" and I sleep deeper. I am hoping that you are taking your Natural glandular's early in the day along with the progesterone. For me if I take any of my Armour and adrenal support within 4 hours of my hitting the sack I have a very restless night, lots of twilight sleep and very little rem sleep.Hope this helps.Gossimer P.S. One old fashioned remedy that I encountered when I worked with the Elderly was to drink a Warm glass of water just before going to bed. This lady was a wonderful lady to listen to for old fashioned remedies...and the warm water worked for her, she slept soundly until the following morning. even with our comings and goings up and down the hallways...> porcine glandualar thyroid(130mg) one a day,> Porcine andrenal glandualar(80mg) one a day, selinium,( Omega 3> calcimateplus800> megavitaminforwomen> and progesterone> I have always had problems with anemia and retaining potassium and I have Mitro valve prolapse been like that all my ife never let it slow me down> > the restless leg comes and go,s if I get up and walk around it seems to disapate some, >
