Guest guest
The crunchiest things I have been able to make are banana crisps. You need to invest in a dehydrator (mine was about $120). The banana crisps are super-crunchy, every once in a while my son seems to want the crunchy thing. For crunchiness in cookies I have baked cookies TWICE, like the biscuits. They are crunchier than when baked once. Just make the cookies like the recipe calls for, ONLY: do not cut yet. Bake the mixture on a flat tray and cut after the first round of baking. Bake these seperate cookies for the second time and they are better. Marjan The Netherlands mom to Nick, 7 yrs, SCD almost 1 year

Is there a > recipe? easy, easy. peel ripe banana, slice (the thinner the crispier, I slice them in 3 mm's), arrange in dehydrator and dehydrate at highest temp overnight. Especially when you have bought a couple of kilo's of banana when they're on sale.
