The new edition coming out this spring is supposed to be " new and

improved " because of improved indexing and I can't remember what else.

I do believe that Elaine has made some other additions besides the

autism chapter, which was in the edition that just came out this fall.

I can find out exactly what is " new " about the upcoming edition.

When will it come out? Is there enough info on the website to start

the diet without the book?

Check your local library. Many of them have copies of the book or can

get a copy through inter-library loan.

I would read the book and the websites before you begin.

But if you read a library copy, you can still wait to purchase the

newest edition when it comes out to have your own copy (with the

recipes and all).
