" If I could have goats yogurt it would really help me out! What formula? "

Custom Probiotics only sells one type of yogurt starter as far as I

know. You can buy half the amount that is listed on the website.

Have you tried eating goat cheese? Can you tolerate that?

Nut yoghurt:

200 grams of blanched whole hazelnuts or almonds or a mix of both

1 litre of tepid water

3 tablespoons of real honey

yoghurt maker

good blender

put nuts & water in blender, add honey. Spin at highest speed for at

least 4 minutes. Pour 'milk' through sieve in yoghurt container, add

yoghurt starter (CustomProbiotics) and press/squeeze last drops out

by hand (do not throw away residue, keep for cookies etc). Mix gently

for about 2 minutes in container.

Ferment for at least 8 hours.

Cool for at least 5 hours.

Drip through towel for at least 1/2 hour, depending on how thick you

want it.

Lactose, casein free, no 24-h fermentation needed, nice yoghurt

taste, benefits of probiotics.
