Guest guest Posted January 4, 2004 Report Share Posted January 4, 2004 We use single-dose, pre-filled, sterile syringes ordered through a compounding pharmacy (such as Coastal Compounding of Savannah, GA). I've never asked about METHYLcobalamin, but you can double-check what's used in / around it during it being made up if you like, they are very professional and courteous. I've heard that parasites (ie worms) eat the B-12, and rosy colored (B-12 colored) worms have been found. My friend is using something to help her 3 ASD kids, and they are seeing improvement in a short period. I'm not saying you have worms, okay? But I've just heard about a B-12 / parasite connection. Also, I think someone previously mentioned that you DON'T want cyanocobalamin. The kind being prescribed for the kids is METHYLcobalamin. I did the injection to myself and it didn't hurt a bit. For the first time in 20 years I am absorbing B-12. I give myself my injections twice a week. Jody H. Eugene,Oregon jodyh555@...
