Eye Nutrients:

VITAMIN A source FISH OILS

VITAMIN B1 Thiamine source Nutritional Yeast; Brown Rice

VITAMIN C Ascorbic Acid source FRUITS; VEG. BERRIES GRAPES

VITAMIN B2 RIBOFLAVIN (extremely important) Nuts; cow's milk.

GRAPE SEED EXTRACT:

Grape Seed Extract may well be the most important Nutrient for Eyes.

Grape Seed Extract is avaialble in capsule form from Health Store.

Bilberry Extract is also beneficial for the Eyes.

Beta Carotene is so important I couldn't even decribe: Best sources:

" Carrots raw or cooked; Eggplant; Squash; Kale; Spinach; grn.peppers.

ALL brightly colored Fruits and Veggies; including Greens. Thanks! A.
