Hi Colleen,

Although this is not a cure, it has helped quite a few people I've

known in the last five years. Magnetic insoles can help the balance

in about 9 out 10 people with MS.

Using a back magnet that covers the lower spine is also extremely

helpful for balance. If there are upper body problems, a magnetic

necklace also helps.

If they don't help with the balance they will likely help with

energy. I had symptoms of chronic fatigue for years and the insoles

helped me instantly. Later, I added more products (I was on a

budget!) and had even better results for fatigue and insomnia.

Sleep is a huge issue for healing.

Someone mentioned LDN and there was a discussion about it some time

ago. You may want to check the archives.

I believe that amino acids are necessary for neurotransmitters to

function properly and most people are missing some. Read the book,

The Diet Cure for details about that. Her therapies are a bit

complicated and I think there are easier ways to take amino acids

but it's quite interesting to read.

Did you have an immunization before your MS started? Some people

find MS happens shortly after a Hepatitis B shot. If so, a mercury

detox would be helpful. Do you have metal fillings in your teeth?
