Shalom, Lynn More Qs about honey > The honey should be filtered to remove the pollen, which can be an allergen > and/or aggravate the gut in some people. If the honey has been filtered > then it will be clear. Sorry t/b a pest guys, but how do i determine honey " clarity " ? Does unclear mean when it looks sugary/grainy, like when it gets cold? Or is the general kind from the grocery store different? My bottle doesn't indicate 'filtered', but i THINK it is clear... ....hmmm...I've got the BIRDS part (ie, i can roast a chicken), but am 'clearly' weak on knowledge of BEES....ok, not amusing God's loving care to you all in the New Year -Cheryl ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
