Dont feel abandoned..when I had surgery, Mom went home that evening and

posted an update to everyone about me.. so I feel sure that she will be back

soon.

Nothing . won't be around today as she is helping someone

local(one of the broken people) get fixed. Amazingly, she asked me to mind the

fort!!! Gosh, I am amazed and surprised. She'll be back tomorrow, thank

goodness!

It is good to know that the surgery went so well and she was the first one

of the day.. I hope that her recovery is more boring than mine was.. no

seromas or anything for her.. Tell her Hi and I hope she feels better soon. I

am glad the worse part is over for her..

Too bad my surgery went so late in the afternoon or the Walking Sheriff

would/ve had my unwilling self out ta that bed walking too !!!!!!!!!!!

That is great that she lost 100#.. should make this recovery easier for her

unless she had a big weight gain before this revision.

I know you will be like a drill sargeant making her get outta bed and walk..

I hope that I was a willing and compliant patient when time came for you to

make me get outta bed and walk.. may all your future broken people be as

compliant and sweet as I was.. lol..

Believe me.. I know!!!! I spent a good deal of time with you this past year..

and I learned a great deal. You can be tough where tough is needed and we

should all be grateful for that.

BTW.. I am going to bed.. start my new part time job in the mens dept at

Dillards store in the mall tomorrow night. Dont work too hard..

I'm not completely gone, just very limited.

Thank you very much for your comment. Someone helped me long ago, so.........

Lucky for her, she was #1, so didn't have to starve all day. Her surgery was

totally uneventful, no surprises, he could fix everything, very simple. Now, we

just hope for a very boring recovery for her. Fortunately, she is so enchanted

with the cats & dog that she can't see straight, so I hope that will distract

her from the unpleasant parts.
