Guest guest
Hello, I thought I would pass this along and maybe get some feedback if any have tried these.... I just wrote to a natural eye care company that promotes a lot of holistic approaches to the eyes. I asked what I should take for my optic neuritis. Even though I had this bout 3 years ago and never recovered I am always searching. Anyway they recommended the following: 1. Carlson's Fish Oil (omega 3 fatty acid) - 3 tps per day (natural anti-inflammatory and helps protects the eyes 2. MSM capcules (2,000 mg per day excellent natural anti-inflammatory 3. Serraflyme (serrapeptease) 60,000 IU per day natural anti-inflammatory 4. MSM eyedrops - 1 drop in each eye 3-7 times per day natural anti-inflammatory 5. Vitamin C - 2,000 per day - helps reduce inflammation and promotes healing. I was already looking into the serreptease. I know you take this. How many pills would 60,000 IU be? I've never heard of the MSM eyedrops. I'll be looking into all of these. If any have any experience with some of these would be curious to hear if it helped. The company I contacted was Vision Works, Inc. www.naturaleyecare.com Thanks, Tina
