hello everybody! Does anyone know a nutritionist that has dealt with people who

have MS or maybe who even had MS themselves? I am just starting to research

supplements and vitamins that can help me. How much vitamin B12 is recommended

daily? Do you suggest taking vitamin B12 by injecting it or will I still get

good results by taking it orally? Evening primrose oil , what do you suggest a

good dosage daily would be? I have read that I should take 20-25 grams daily of

omega 6, how much should I take of omega 3 and 9. Has anyone heard of

kalawalla? Thank for taking the time to read this, I truly appreciate any

advice.
