And it's full of good stuff in the energy department. But the sugar

is a problem. I've been trying to find where I might go to get a

recipie to make him some egg nog or a milkshake or such, that isn't

loaded with sugar and other things that might be a problem for him.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask for this sort of

help. If not, sorry to take up your time. >>

Low Carbohydrate Cooking - Recipes</A>

Go to Beverages, then there is EggNot, also there is Caroline's Shake

recipe, I have made Carolines many times... it is VERY good, and you'd never

know that there was cottage cheese and other wierd stuff in it....

I make Carolines shake with real raw eggs, but if you are concerned about

bacteria, you may want to use egg beaters or something similar.

This is very low carb.... and full of protein, therefore energy.

But be sure he is getting enough carbs also.... esp depending on how he is

eating, and how he is with any medication if he is on any.

I dont think this is the wrong place to ask for help like this... keep it

up...

Hope this helps, if you need other links, i have TONS of recipes of low carb

stuff, and places online to buy low carb stuff just ask.

:)
