Guest guest
Hi , If a good naturopath recommended this for you it will be right, they usually work with your body and your family history. I personally like to take vitamins separately then I know I have the right mg's I am looking for. The naturopath here thought the vitamins I take were spot on except the B12,he recommended a much higher dose. I always work things out myself, I went to him because I couldn't get rid of Candida, he found the problem straight away it was breading in my denture plate. Now that was a new one on me . . Hi . I'm taking a Now Foods (with GMP) liquid B-12/B-complex. It has B-2 , niacin, B-6 (as pyroxidine HCI)folic acid, B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) and pantothenic acid. Some of the ingredients are 100% RDA, some more, some less. I decided to take it during a meal to reduce flush, twice a day. The recommended dose is 1/4tsp. once a day. Your thoughts? Guest guest
Hi Cara, We all have are own way of doing things, I am not selling or buying, I know my personal needs without paying for some one to tell me. I learnt the important vitamins for MS from Rodger MacDougall 30 years ago, since then if I have a problem I go to my books to search for the answer. , Really, the absolute best way to determine what your individual body is lacking/needing and how much to take is with the bio-feedback technology, like the SCIO assessments the has been doing and the VivaTouch Assessments, that I do. Because it assess your body on the cellular level it is totally personalized for your individual needs, whether you are a healthy individual, have MS, or have any other health issues. Guest guest
My homeopathic doctor didn't recommmend this brand. I get concerned about taking isolated vitamins because they all need precursors and co-factors to work properly. I normally take whole food vitamins, but they're not high in vitamin B's, like what is suggested in the studies we've seen recently. The B-12 in this B-complex concerns me some because it's a synthetic form, cyanocobalamine. Methylcobalamin is more readily absorbed because it's a natural form. I posted a report on B-12 in the files awhile back. I should have paid more attention to it before I ordered the Now Foods brand. I've never heard of breading of denture plates. Maybe you could soak them in a solution of GSE (grapefruit seed extract) and water to kill any mold. Guest guest
Hi , I know we are not supposed to sell anything and maybe not talk about brands, but can you tell me or email me privately what brands of vitamins you use? I went to the health food store and bought a slew of vitamins and am thinking I did the wrong thing. My family eats mostly organic foods, free range meats, etc. So what you are saying below goes against what we practice. I would like to get the right vitamins. I bought the Nature's Way B-100 Complex. Thank you, Jackie jsiperko@... Re: Re: Niacin, B-complex My homeopathic doctor didn't recommmend this brand.
