Hi Margo,

Welcome to the group. Yes, it is very normal for a baby to have a

lumpy and bumpy head as they are rounding out. Have you mentioned

your concerns to your ortho? If not, you really should I'm sure

him/her will be able to put your mind at ease.

It is VERY normal for progress to slow down, especially at your

son's age. After 6 mos of age head growth really slows down.

Correction does occur it's just at a slower rate. Please keep us

posted on your son.
