Guest guest
I need to start induction again but I have to wait until I am no longer sick. My sinus infection and cold symptoms are back and I just don't even want to eat any thing. And I suck on sore throat lozenges (loaded with sugar) all day long. I feel like crap. I thought that I would check in with you all and tell you why I haven't been posting. I hope to be back in full swing soon. Cheryl Ü in sville I have just started back on induction this Monday and so far so good. Joyce in Seattle
Guest guest
Getting sick always jump starts me - it's like a few days no appetite makes it so easy to get back w/ the program. Even if I eat Gatorade and oranges the whole time I'm sick. Hope you feel better soon! I really need to read my mail more often, lol. I am trying to restart induction, but I am so easily lead astray. Not good. I am going restart tomorrow, bright and early, Monday, December 4, 2000. Will someone please come and supervise me? Or better yet, sit on me or how about duct tape to tape both my mouth shut and keep me from getting up and finding the fridge. LOL. Dot <--is sooooo bad
Guest guest
I have been so good! I restarted induction last Sunday with no problems. I have lost like 4 lbs!!! I don't know why, but it is really easy this time. That is so great. Wow! That is four loaves of bread!! Wow. I am behaving myself so far and I have my fingers crossed that I behave now that I see a loss. I am having deep fried tiny chicken legs for dinner -- I don't like the larger size legs <---- hmmmmm, do you suppose there is a psychological reason for this, lol. Anyway, I breaded them with atkins bake mix and ground up pecans and then into the deep fryer they went -- yummmmm. So far, so good. Keep up the good work Joyce, and lets see what can happen by next monday. I hope I lose more than two. Dot <--excited
