Listmates.. just a kind reminder please of one of our list rules. Thanks for

your cooperation.. Dr. McCandless is very generous with her time when she is

available and has asked that we direct all posts to the group in general and not

to her personally. When others do not answer, she responds when available if she

has an answer. Feel free to review all list rules in the files section or from

reviewing them when they are posted automatically on the list by Yahoo
