Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'd like to hear from everyone on what they " actively do " to help with their Fibro and what they " take " in the form of supplements/vitamins/minerals. I'm very curious to compare notes on this. I'll post what I do/take to give you an idea of what I'm asking. Guest guest
I take a 50mg Ultram around noon and another around 9 pm, 25 mg Elavil at 9 pm and 800 mg Slexin at 9pm. Other than that all I take is a women's multivitamin. I don't do any of the chiropracter, massage, water therapy etc because my health insurance will not cover it.
