Amen! The only complaint I have with this article is the mention of

Stevia as a substitute. Stevia may be a better alternative but we have

such a sweet tooth in this country! It is better to wean ourselves off

of all sugars and sugar substitutes. Drink water, not soda. We don't

need all those desserts and sweet snacks. I know it is not easy, but it

is a better way to live.

Just my 2 cents...:-)

Unfortunately, it is not always easy to convince people that

Aspartame is to blame for their child's illness. Stevia, which, is a

sweet herb, NOT A MANUFACTURED ADDITIVE, helps in the metabolism of

sugar, which would be ideal for diabetics. It has now been approved as

a dietary supplement by the FDA. It is known that for many years the

FDA outlawed this true sweet food, " due to their loyalty to

MONSANTO Chemical Company. "

I would be very interested to know what this " one pill " that reversed

this woman's aspartame poisoning was.

I believe my MS was caused by aspartame poisoning, as I drank massive

amounts of diet coke for most of my life. I have not had any aspartame

now in about 8 months, and while I am doing better, I still have

symptoms of MS, most concerning being my vision loss.

If you have any info on what this " one pill " was or who I can ask,

please let me know.

,

There is all kinds of info on the web about that story and the " one

Pill " . I have no doubt that aspertame can contribute to many ill

symptoms in our bodies. I also have no doubt that there is NO one pill

that is going to fix the problem. If you have stopped drinking the soda

that is the first step, then the body has to clean out and repair, that

takes time and depending on the damage maybe years.

My body took 8 months to recover from my symptoms, another 4 to get

stronger, into my 4 th year with only an occasional symptom and I am

finding that my body is getting stronger. You just have to keep working

at it and don't hold back on the things that you think will help you.

What you believe in your mind will help actually will!!! The power of

the mind, our faith play a huge part in this healing process in addition

to the poisons or support nutrients we put in our on our bodies.

Aspartame warning

Sweet but poison

In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick. She

had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around.

Walking was a major chore. It took everything she had just to get out of

bed;

she was in so much pain. By March 2002 she had undergone several tissue

and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications. The

doctors could not determine what was wrong with her. She was in so much

pain, and so sick...she just knew she was dying.................

Stevia has actual health benefits, its not just a sweetener. I don't even

like the taste, but use it daily.
