It's a hard life for some of us but just to reassure you, we had our cable shut off about 10 weeks ago and I'm a very happy person. Now, you're not talking to a person that NEVER watched tv. It was on all day; for noise or for me to sit my fat butt down and watch it. And I would fall asleep with it on. We not get NO reception at all on any TV so, it does get better without TV. Good luck Margaret,mom to the monsters We lose satillite sometime this week due to it being in the 1 7 year olds fathers name. We tried to get it, but because of our bankruptcy a few years ago, we are assuming, we cant get it. So we sve a bit of money there, just get to be bored. My internet is what I miss. Also had our phone off for two weeks and went nuts!! THAT I need. Being home with just my two boys all day, I need adult contact and when Jerry Springer wasn't there for me, I needed all my internet friends!! It is good news though that they'll be moved out completely real soon. Any more news on that ex-girlfriend that is supposed to be moving in? I hope that works out well for you and helps with the finances. Don't worry if you lose your internet for awhile. We'll miss you like the dickens, but hopefully you can get back online relatively soon. Sorry to hear about your roommates still bugging you.. and the mess that you are in because of it. I know about the cable thing as well we shut ours done to the bare minimum a few weeks ago to cut back on the bills as well. We were able to cut a whole lot out which will help us to be able to buy food this winter, and hopefully pay a majority of our bills. So that will help us out for sure. Are you sure there isn't some way to ensure your phone line stays connected, so they can still find you on the internet? You can always get a cheap server but you have to have a phone line.
