Hi Shana,

Welcome to the group! We have many members that have used the Dallas

CT, they've all been happy with them. I've never heard a bad thing

about them. The group is quiet on the weekends, so expect a bunch of

replies on Monday. How old is your baby?

Hi Shana,

Welcome! We used the atlanta cranial tech but I hear nothing but

excellent things about the dallas group. I'm sure other members from

dallas (we have a lot!) will chime in on monday.

Shana,

Welcome to the group. We ar in Wichita Falls. Our son was 5 months

old when he received his helment at CranialTech in Dallas. They were

wonderful. They worked around the times that we could be there being

as we were driving from 2 hours away. They answered any questions or

concerns that we may have had. And took all the phones calls when I

had to call them. Our sons graduated from his helment on Friday, and

his head looks wonderful. I think you will really enjoy the people

there. We did. Good Luck.

hey stacy...lorahbeth is 4 1/2 months old. i started noticing her

flat spot around october or so. started repositioning to try to fix

it, but it's just gotten worse. we'll see what they say next

friday! i think i'm most nervous that insurance won't come through.

but whatever the case, it has to be fixed, so we'll hope that we get

some kind of tax refund this year to help pay for it!

Shana,

I go to CT in Dallas and have not had any negative experiences at

all. I give thanks daily for them, truly. My clinician is Amy and

my son really beams when he sees her. She has a wonderful way with

babies (she's pregnant with her 1st baby, too, bless her!)

One thing about CT is that every time I go, I see brand new patients

and they have the same " deer in headlights " stare that I had when

this was all new. I keep kicking myself for not having little slips

of paper with this Web site printed on it to give to them. I'm

always a little nervous about pimping the Web site as I don't know

how the receptionist in the waiting room would feel about me

soliciting their new patients, so I think it would be nice if they

had a one-pager of helpful Web sites (this one & plagiocephaly.org,

etc.) to give to new patients. All the CT clinics seem to know

about this site, anyway!

I think the best thing about CT besides their great bedside manner

in dealing with my baby is that whenever I have questions, they're

always happy to take my call and give advice.
