Guest guest
fyi for anyone who takes ambien..it can be very dangerous if you do not go directly to bed..thus the memory loss. It is like you fall asleep wherever you are and start sleep walking. I did something horrible one time on it and thank goodness I did not hurt my fiance, but I took an ambien stayed up and then took a pair of sciccors and tried to cut his hand off..not good. won't ever take ambien again. And don't worry my fiance woke up in time to stop me from cutting his hand so he didn't get hurt. Jana
Guest guest
When I need it (I was taking it every night for a while but haven't needed it in about 2 months now) I take Ambien. My family call it my Drunk Pill as that is how I stagger around after I take it. That is the only effect it has on me. However, I have heard some strange side effects from it. My MIL used to have satanic dreams from it; our friend who was like 80 at the time, used to see little people all over his house. One day he ran straight through the screen door and up the road to a strangers house to get help getting the little people out of his house. Something that has side effects like this cannot be good for you. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Guest guest
Well, I haven't had that experience but I ususally only use half od one and once I feel the familiar "shift" I know its time to lay down. I can't imagine a reaction like that unless someone was already horrifically sleep deprived.
