Guest guest
My dh is taking my 11 month old son Aidan to get his first haircut this weekend. I am sooooo scared that once we cut off Aidan's hair, his plagio is going to be really evident again. We are close to the end of treatment with his STARband, and I know that his head looks pretty good, but I am so stressed about this haircut. Isn't that silly? - mom to Aidan STARband 08/26/03 12/19/03 GR Mi
Guest guest
I guess that will be the moment of truth for you! How many times have you heard that " hair will cover it " thing, so it's probably just ingrained in your mind that hair covers plagio, so if you cut it it'll look bad. Of course you know that's not the case and you're at the end of his treatment, so his head looks great I'm sure. I actually think that Hannah's hair looks better when it's wet b/c her crazy hair makes it look worse. She's at that stage were if she were a boy it would be too long, but for a girl it's not long enough so I can't do anythign with it. I'm sure Aidan will look very handsome with his new haircut! Be sure to tell your dh to take pictures! , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <julie.kenyon@s...> wrote: > My dh is taking my 11 month old son Aidan to get his first haircut > this weekend. Guest guest
, not silly at all!! I'm sure that Aidan will be fine, but I truly understand your worries. Let us know how it looks and how he does. Dustie --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <julie.kenyon@s...> wrote: > My dh is taking my 11 month old son Aidan to get his first haircut > this weekend. Guest guest
, I don't think it's silly! I'd be scared too, and probably for no good reason! I'm sure adorable little Aidan's head is going to look fine! Please post pics of his new hair cut. --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <julie.kenyon@s...> wrote: > My dh is taking my 11 month old son Aidan to get his first haircut > this weekend. Guest guest
No, , that isn't silly. Many moms have posted about that same thing and most end up saying that it looks better after the haircut. Make sure you take B & A pix!
