locally made helmet troubles

I'm very frustrated. After trying to get a hold of the ortho since

Tuesday, when I called because the bright red mark on Philip's head

stretched across his forehead and was an inch wide and had been there

since Saturday, I finally called again (Thursday) and told the

secretary I'd just like to make an appointment since he couldn't seem

to get a hold of me (I was available--I gave him 3 different numbers

where I could be reached, two cell phones and one home phone!). She

told me he couldn't see me until Monday. I told her that would mean

his helmet's been off for a week already, but I guess that doesn't

matter. I feel like we're losing precious time here! He's going on 9

1/2 months old. AHHH!!!! He's the only one who does helmets at his

office, and that's the only office around here that even does it. So,

I have no other choice but to put up with this stuff. I'm about ready

to just chuck this whole thing.
