You might want to look into iodine therapy for her too. Iodine is good

for reducing cysts and in suporting the thyroid (thyroid is made from

After having read Dr. Jeffries' book Safe Uses of Cortisol, i would

say that yes, hydrocortisone should have started first. I also have

pcos and when i read Jeffrie's book, i could recognize my health

history in it, including the pcos.

On another forum that I'm on, it was stated that one practioner no

longer supplements directly with progesterone, but with iodine, and in

all cases the progesterone has self-corrected.

Well, THAT would be nice! I'm still low P, even with using cream

supplementing. But some of that P is probably being raided for my body

to try to make some cortisol. I just upped my dosing schedule.
