Tons of support, caring, and understanding here... not to mention information. Glad to have you aboard and looking forward to your posts. By the way... is your back pain related to Fibro as well? I have pain in my lower back and have trouble standing for more than 10 minutes at a time. As for walking.. I'm lucky if I can walk 10 minutes.. I'm up to about 6 minutes on a treadmill so I'm hoping and working to a longer time period.
