Hi :

Man, you guys have had a very rough time lately :( I hope he is on

the mend SOON.

When I toured the Phoenix home office last spring, I learned

something pretty interesting. Any time the band is off for a period

of time, like 's in, they recommend you place like a round

sponge inside it to hold it's shape. Don't stretch it out or

anything, but just to keep it in shape. Or even a balled up towel or

something. This will maintain it's life a bit more.

We saw this while in their manufacturing room and asked what it was

for. Once the bands are done being fabricated, a round sponge is

placed inside it to hold it's shape. They're shipped out that way as

well.

I'll give you my replies below your questions.

How old is ? I would think you'll be fine for a week or so,

but you might want to call your office Monday to ask.

That sounds right, I think they say every 3 hrs? Not positive though.

Do

You never know when a fever may spike, fevers usually do at bedtime,

so I would think it would be safer to not have him sleep in it his

first night back in it. Hopefuly if he's fever-free Monday, then he

can sleep in it again then?

Keep us posted.
