I do not know what it is with SSDI or SSI and there so called rules but I do know that they need to be changed or at least up-dated.

as I know a lot of people who have had a hard time getting on Disability including my husband..who has MS..

I wish I could get a Job of any kind..

But with my education the way it is I only made it to the 8th. grade.(had to help my mom and Dad make ends meat)all my Job skills are manual labor Hard Manual labor... I tried going to work at Mc s but they will not hire me because I do not have a diploma or GED. thats how most of the places here in IL. are

hopefully. (I have my fingers crossed) I wil get approved for my SSDI..

I have been trying for SSDI for a little over a year this is my sencond time in four ears of applying..Had to reapply because of diffrent circumstances...

I went through an attorney to help me this second time with the papper work. but I am doing all the appeals and so on on my own with the Help of My State Rep. and Local Senator as well as the Govenor... I look at it this way I pay their salerys and helped them get into office they can help me get what is rightfully mine..

I just sent a packet of paperwork to my lawyer Monday. The

state is sending me the same forms to fill out, and I don't know if I

should fill out the state's papers & return them or just send

everything to my lawyer. I'm also copying everything I send to the lawyer

so I can remember what I wrote, lol! I got a letter from my case manager

(lawyer) yesterday stating that she'd like to talk with me. We've been

playing phone tag for days...she said every time she tries to return my

calls my line is busy, so I guess she's been trying to call in the

afternoons while I'm onlne, so I'm going to try to call her first thing

tomorrow am.

Does anyone know if Bowling Green, KY, is on EST or CST?
