Guest guest
Hi That is great that he is starting to sleep now. As far as free-time goes. We also only have it off for about 40mins at night b/c then it's her bedtime so we put it back on. What I do during the day is take it off for 5minutes here and 5minutes there to actually get some air to her head and I find it helps with the stinkyness.. ha ha Good luck. Willow's asym is only 2mms so it looks like when we go back mid Feb we might be done Sandy Will's Mom torticollis/CranioHelmet Germany/ mild low muscletone --- In Plagiocephaly , " wanmom2003 " <yenko@g...> wrote: > Well, today is one week has been in his helmet and he finally > slept all night. Guest guest
That's great-what a feeling to get good sleep!! It is also reassuring, last night was Ellen's first night in the helmet and she didn't sleep so great, but she is also getting teeth, started food in the last two weeks- so who knows- she's sleeping good this a.m.! Lynne at CT in Conn, said it doesn't have to be a whole hour as long as the head and band are completely dry and there is no skin irritation that you want to give a break it can go on in less than one hour. Wishin you many sleep filled nights! and Ellen in Westfield, MA > Well, today is one week has been in his helmet and he finally > slept all night. Maybe he is getting used to it. Guest guest
Great news! It doesn't need to be off for the hour as long as it's dry enough. I used to do a half hour in the morning and a half hour at night. I used a fan to speed the drying process. Cleaning it twice a day defintley helped with the stink factor. , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma --- In Plagiocephaly , " wanmom2003 " <yenko@g...> wrote: > Well, today is one week has been in his helmet and he finally > slept all night. Guest guest
WOOHOO! YAH AARON! Isn't it great when they sleep all night? I wish my 9 month old would sleep all night. It's ok to keep the band off for only 40 minutes. Keep us posted on his progress. > Well, today is one week has been in his helmet and he finally > slept all night. Maybe he is getting used to it.
