Current obsession. I just received my copy of Glenn Gould, A State of

Wonder, in the mail today! This is the CD of the complete Goldberg

Variations, 1955 and 1981, with another CD with an interview. I am not

going to listen to it yet since I don't want it as background music

while I work. So I have to wait 2 weeks. I don't want anyone around! I

do have the first variation from the 1955 recording going almost

continually in my brain these days, but have not heard it for years.
