Help - Rash/Irritation at Temples

Help!

I hope someone is out there this morning. When I took na's band off to do her stretches I noticed to rashes/irritated points at her temples. One on each side. Right now I have it off. It's been about 20 minutes and no improvement. I think there is a little wiggle room in the band and with her movement it's rubbing. She has an appointment tomorrow morning, but I hate to leave it off till then. She's been growing a lot lately. My dh swears he sees a change already.
