Hi, that's ok no problem with all the questions. I've

asked tons myself here and always been thankful for

people answering, for sure!

No, I never had an ACTH stim test, but should have

done so before beginning on HC. Didn't know about it,

or would have. If you aren't yet on HC, then the

general advice is to have the ACTH Stim test first.

I did have the 4x Cortisol Saliva Test done, though,

and that told me how fatigued my adrenals themselves

are. Along with that test I had the DHEAs tested, and

the Thyroid blood spot tests for Free T4, Free T3,

TSH, and TPO. I also had the sex hormone Saliva Test

done also. All of these are so closely connected with

each other that it's a very good idea to have them all

tested for a better look at the whole picture.

No I don't have 's, thank goodness, and I know

this because I moved out of Stage 7 and back into

Stage 6 on my own, my adrenals did improve and have

been coming back with no medications, just total

bedrest. It took about a year and a half doing it this

way though, just to go one Stage improved.

So, after finding out what was wrong with me via the

Saliva and blood tests, I began taking HC.

No I haven't found a Dr. to treat me yet for the

adrenals. Not one that takes insurance anyway.
