Guest guest
The last few days I have had pain at the back of my head. It is a burning pain that makes it difficult to even move my head. The rest of the pain is still there too. I tried to run away from it, but it stayed caught up. lol I'm not having the breathing problem today but I'm very fatigued so I plan on taking alot of rest time. I wish we lived in Florida today or at least one of those southern states where it is still warm We have wet (snow) cold weather already! I hate cold weather. I let our two dogs outside this afternoon and almost immediately they wanted to come inside. I'm so thankful for you guys. We live by ourselves, family is about 7 hours away. They try to understand what I'm going through, but they center their comments on my weight. I don't blame them, that shows more than the pain. Thanks to everyone who help me feel needed. I don't make friends easily and from this group I think of you as my friends. Norma
Guest guest
Norma, You have really been having a rough time lately, and I'm so sorry. Re: your neck pain, if it's the back of your neck, have you ever tried one of those wraps that you can either microwave or freeze? When my neck was so tight and so painful, I used a long one that I heated in the microwave and not only did the heat help, but also the weight of the " beads " inside it felt good, surprisingly. Mine's old but still use it - the newer ones come with all these herbs like lavender, etc., in them, which I don't care for. But they're around $9 to $10 if you can afford one. Bed, Bath & Beyond has them, but I've seen them in lots of places, if you're interested. I wish you lived here in Florida, too (near me :-) Tomorrow's high is 87 which I hate the heat and humidity - wanna trade? LOL Hang in there - you're a sweetheart and I value you on here. I hope all the goodness you give to others comes back three-fold for you and you get to feeling better. XOXO > The last few days I have had pain at the back of my head. Guest guest
Thanks Norma, I know I think of you all as my friends as well. No one else around to talk to most of the time, except my little one and though she is a sweetie I don't put this on her. Our conversations is about what shirt Barbie would look good in,, or what color to color Elmo this time.. or how big of a blanket tent do you want ?? that sort of thing Its nice to be able to talk over the Fibro here and have you all understand exactly. And sometimes when you feel something new, and it hurts and you don't know what it is .. you remember,, ok so and so had this happen to them and what did they do.. ok Fibro related am good just deal:) It helps so much Thanks to all of you for being there for me:) I really have no words or ways to show how much it means Huggles you lots Sophia -- Neck pain The last few days I have had pain at the back of my head.
