Hi Sweetie... I'm so glad you went to the ER to get yourself and your

eyes checked. What a relief... many of us were quite concerned about

how you were doing. As for the yeast infection problem... OH BOY... do

I know where you're coming from. Every single time I have taken

antibiotics I end up with a yeast infection. I can usually notice the

symptoms starting around Day 6 or 7 of taking the antibiotics.

I have come up with a solution that works for me. Seeing as the

antibiotics also kill the bacteria that control yeast, I started using a

pro-biotic (acidophilus) and eating at least one yogurt a day which also

contains acidophilus. I don't that the anti-biotic and pro-biotic

together though. I try to schedule it in between antibiotic dosage

times. Example: If I take an anti-biotic at 8:00am and another at

12:00 noon.. I will take the pro-biotic at 10:00 am and 3:00pm...

preferable on an empty stomach. And I continue with the pro-biotic for

at least 2 or 3 days after the antibiotics are finished.

My last two experiences with antibiotics have left me without a yeast

infection and for me... that is big news. I hope this helps and that

you're feeling better. Keep us updated on how your feeling and what's

going on.

gentle healing hugs,

Norah
