They are basically questions that your doctors answer showing just how disabled that you are. No, you can't request a different judge but my case will not go back to this judge. Now it is on its way to the appeals council in VA. then I will have to appeal to the Federal Court. My second application is at SSA, don't know if that one will have to go as far as a hearing. I'm hoping not.
