Okay, will someone PLEASE tell me, why they ONLY time my nose ISN'T stobbed up is when I have to eat or drink something that SMELLS AWFUL?!?

Ugh. I am starting a liver and colon detox program whihc has me drinking this stuff called Ultra InflamX. It has to be mixed with juice or rice milk or water. I am trying a sample, and it doesn't taste half bad, but the smell is awful. I feel as though is hiding somewhere and laughing insanely at me. Can I pout now? LOL

It is a 14 to 25 day program (I am going to be on the 25 day) and you do it hand in hand with an elimination diet. Not to fond of doing that one, but I figure that as long as I keep reminding myself that it is only temporary and that it is for the fibro and NOT to lose weight, I should be okay. I am hoping it goes well.

Once the 25 days are up I can start bringing things back into my diet again slowly so as to see if I have any unknown allergies or problem foods. But this is suppose to help rebuild my immune system and get me feeling better. We will see. Right now, I am just sampling two of the four flavors to see which one(s) I want for the 25 day thing. I am thinking that since I will go through about 3 cannisters I might get one Pineapple-Banana, One Mango-Whatever and one Chocolate-Orange. I don't want to get a cannister of the spice unless I can try it first and they had no samples of that one or the Chocolate-Orange.

But who can go wrong with chocolate, right? hehehehe

I will let everyone know how it progresses....
