Guest guest
My dad died at 50 of a heart attack. My cholesterol and my blood pressure were sky high. My dr. sent me to a dietician who helped me develop an eating plan that would lower my cholesterol. My bp and cholesterol are now at normal levels. This is after two years of a low fat, low cholesterol eating plan. Many people with high cholesterol are quite skinny. Losing weight won't necessarily lower your cholesterol. Get help. Go to a dietician with experience in this area. Tuna --- Kerri Wallace wrote: > OH UG!! > > My dr just suggested I lose 15 lbs...
