He states that your daily average temperature should be at 98.6, if not, then you need to be on T3 (timed release). Dr. Rind states that one should also have this daily average, if not, then you need to treat your adrenals. Who is correct on this? Isn't it impossible to have that daily average, especially when the first two temperatures taken will not be 98.6 because morning temperatures are naturally lower?
