fundraising

As you all know Maddy is with a new neurosurgeon up in Oakland,CA. This new nsg

is about 3 hours away.  I am trying to think of fundraising ideas to help off

set the costs of gas (if my parents are able to drive us),transportation (amtrak

in case they cant drive us),taxi and meals. Maddy has CCS (which is California

Childrens Services) which does reimburse for gas, and I think some towards

meals. Do you guys have any ideas to help with a way to raise money. My goal is

to put it in a savings account so we will have it when she goes in a few weeks

for surgery and for future as well. My husband and I are havinv a difficult time

with out marriage,he also is in denial about anything being wrong with Maddy. So

I have to arrange $$ for travel etc,he wont pitch in anything. Any ideas

welcome. Thank you.
