Black sesame seeds in stool- parasite??

Hi all-

Hope this is not too graphic, but there were lots of black sesame seed sized

things in my sons stool today...

stool was loose and medium brown, but these were black. They were not flecks,

but actual seed looking things.

No berries or seeds eaten.

Also, I am pretty brave, so I rubbed one of these 'seeds' and I swear it looked

like a whitish curled up something inside.

Is this a parasite?

If so, is it a good thing it is coming out in the stool? Do we have to treat

with something?

We have been using strong anti-fungal( Diflucan)- would this allow for a

parasite or something bad to infiltrate like this? or would this have been there

for a while??

Im a little freaked-
