Dawn,

My doctor told me to talk a valume at night put heat on my neck

and do some stretching on my neck to see if that helps my

headache.... So far no good. My son will be 2 on jan 20th.... and he

is doing great...I tried to switch doctors the other day and the

nurse refused to let me do it... so I dont know what to do about my

fibro pain along with the headache. So that is my update for now.
