Fibromyalgia progression ???

Since I was diagnosed with FMS/CFS in Aug,2001, I have noticed a major progression. from 01 to 03 I worked two job's. plus took care of my dad,my ex, and his entire family..after I had my surgery in aug of 03. I have drastically went down hill.. Does any one else agree with me that Fibro. is progressive? I asked my doctor and he said yes. to an extent.
