Why the extra B vits. => blood research found out that i had a big shortage

of these vitamins. Especially B12.

I also had a bad bowel flora wich causes extra shortage of these vitamins

(also found out by blood research)

Avoidance of the use of sugar and other sweet things like honey, fruits etc.

prevents further shortage. I try to do both, although I do take 2 or 3

pieces of fruit each day.

The oils interest me as weill as the linseed and Gamoctapro.

=> You need some good fats for essential processes in your body. Best is to

take the good ones for you minimum tax and avoid the bad ones. Fish oil has

a lot of positive effects, see the following links (and there are numerous

other articles about it:

Linseed has also these good oils and i also was told that it prevents scarr

tissue to harden; it keeps it softer.

The Gamoctapro is a source of high value proteins and aminoacids

(also based on bloodresearch i shortages on these)

The blood research was done on advice of a professional orthomoleculair

dietist.

Hope this helps....
