I'm Debbie from SC and have been busy fighting the fight of my life with my insurance company and the state of SC. Sadly, our legislation didn't pass this year for gastric bypass surgery,but we will be back next year - NEVER giving up. I hope everyone is doing well on here. I have a question for everyone. My employer is looking at changing insurance companies. I'm trying not to get my hopes up because I could end up with another insurance company that refuses to pay. But, there is a glimmer of hope. I wonder if any of you have ever had this insurance or know someone who does and if you could tell me if gastric bypass surgery was covered. I thank you in advance for you help here. I'm NEVER going to give up! I've been fighting for this since last May and I know eventually I WILL succeed!
